Firestone Complete Auto Care

Break Fix Repair a month ago

I came here looking to get an alignment for one of my fleet vehicles and Rico helped me out with that. He is a very good salesman and gave me a very good service, as well as a very good price on my vehicle. Highly recommend this Firestone to anyone looking for great techs and good service. Thank you Rico!

Everyone was so friendly. So hard to go places anymore and meet/deal with friendly associates. Service was performed in a timely fashion and I was pleasantly surprised by the total of my bill. Honestly thought it would be more. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Best Firestone location I’ve been to ! Dropped my car off for an oil change & it was done within the hour! Jason and John were so friendly and professional! Really appreciate everyone’s punctuality and kindness. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Jason and John have been so incredibly helpful in servicing and maintaining our vehicles over the last several years! They take the time to explain necessities and recommendations thoroughly so we can make informed decisions. Other staff have also been amazing when we have pop up issues with tires or battery. Would definitely recommend!

Do not do wheel alignment here under any circumstances I attached a photo of the car after their service I waited for more than 4 hours, and when they finally brought my car out, it couldn't turn left at all, and I almost crashed when I left their service center. I came back immediately so that they could redo it, but their manager, who had been very friendly before, changed a lot and became incredibly rude!!! disgusting place where I do not recommend anyone to come and I hope that your car will go to the guy in the green sweater in the photo!!!! He pretends to be smart, but in fact his job is only to drive away customers so that they don't see what they are doing with your car
